    Job Responsibilities:
    • Lawn mowing and trimming
    • Snow removal and salting
    • Basic HVAC, plumbing, building and electrical maintenance
    • Evaluating and diagnosing needs, as well as recommendations on potential solutions.
    • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • The ability to function as part of a team and follow through on projects is necessary.
    • Work in a safe manner, provide superior customer service, and positively contribute to overall tenant satisfaction.
    • Other duties as assigned
    Job Requirements:
    • Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC.
    • High School Diploma, Trade Certification, or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to handle heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs.) as required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to be flexible with work hours and assignments.
    • Some weekend work will be required.
    • Valid IL Driver's License required.
    • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
    • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
