Duration: 06 Months Contract To Hire

Targeting a 6/3 Start Date

Job description:

Impact/Function this role:

Mitigating compliance risk, responsible for Data Center and Remote Offices network infrastructure, manage different portfolios ex load balancers, firewalls, routing & switching – automate the compliance requirement for the entire network footprint, simplify the validation workflow and align with the audit requirements.

Team Background and Preferred Candidate History:
Technology background required, banking is a nice to have

Key Responsibilities:
Attending some meetings, automating infrastructure requirements and testing it and sharing the knowledge with the rest of the team

Must have technical skills/experience:
Proficient in scripting languages (i.e. Python etc) for automation tasks.
Experience with integration of automation tools with ServiceNow Platform for ticketing and workflow automation.

Knowledge of DNS management with the ability to identify and report discrepancies in device naming leveraging the Bluecat IP Address Management tool.

Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef etc) and compliance tools (e.g TrueSight Network Automation Platform, Tenable etc)
Strong understanding of Network technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, VPNs, Firewalls etc and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Experience in working on large scale Enterprise Network infrastructure that comprises of 30K+ Network devices.

Flex Skills:
Network infrastructure background is a plus

Soft skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver the business requirements in a rapid phase

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present automation information to operations teams and non-technical stakeholders as needed.

Bachelor's degree in computer science and scripting certification - both required

Years of experience:
Level 3 5-7 years
