    Job Description

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

    A school district in Bigelow, AR is seeking a certified and licensed School Psychologist to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational and emotional well-being of diverse student populations within a supportive school environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
    • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
    • Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address behavioral interventions and promote student success
    • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
    • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
    • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
    • Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

    Location: Bigelow, Arkansas
