Description

Due to a retirement this full-service commercial real estate company in Duluth seeks to hire a Senior Accountant to perform the accounting functions for an exclusive sporting club and community. This role is an integral part of the corporate accounting team working under the direction of the CFO.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years prior accounting experience required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, must work with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and seek answers independently if needed
• Effective written and oral communication skills, effective multitasking skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of basic accounting principles (i.e., debits vs. credits and effect on the balance sheet and income statement)
• Proficiency in Yardi, Clickpay, and/or Avid is preferred
• Prior experience with a membership club and owner's association preferred

Salary to $90,000 plus discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. You will be able to work from home one day each week after 90 days. Hours can be flex 8am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm.
