- Primary need is fielding cross cover calls and questions from the ED or patients
- Right now averaging one call / night (90% between the hours of 5PM and 10 PM)
- 75% of calls coming from ED provider
- Hourly rate for the time on call plus additional monies for each call and if Telemedicine is deployed
- 25% coming in direct from cancer patients
- The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri, credentialed, etc.
- The work effort will be limited to voice interaction with rare use of Telemedicine, access of medical records when necessary for review, access to medical records for documentation of calls
- Calls from cancer patients that call into the hospital wondering if they should come in to the ED. The local Oncologist has fielded these calls in the past
