    In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring the seamless execution of financial activities.

    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting team, overseeing the month-end close process, reviewing journal entries, and driving efficiencies in the accounting department.

    This position is a full-time exempt role with an annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000.

    The work arrangement is remote, and we are specifically seeking candidates who reside in one of the states listed below.


    As an Accounting Manager, you will:
    Manage and lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.
    Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
    Review journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
    Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to drive efficiency and improve processes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other ad-hoc reporting as needed.
    Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities.

    You should have :
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    CPA certification preferred
    A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
