    Description

    Nursing - OR Tech Position

    We are seeking a skilled Travel Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) to join our team at MUSC-Charleston in South Carolina. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to work with a Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Facility, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgical procedures
    • Maintain operating room equipment, supplies, and instruments
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient surgical workflows

    Requirements:

    • BLS certification is required; BCLS or ACLS preferred
    • 1 year of experience as an OR Tech in a Level I Trauma environment < li > Preference given to candidates with EPIC experience within the last 6 months < / li >< p > Local travelers allowed at lower hourly rate ; email AM/AC for details < / p >< h4 > Work Schedule: < / h4 >< ul >< li > Three , 12-hour day shifts from 6 :30 am -7 pm Monday through Friday < li > Call shifts per four week period , weekends possible =
