    This Data Warehouse Integration / ETL Developer position will work collaboratively with other stakeholders in the business to understand our data and reporting needs to support our Data Warehouse architecture and integration model that will facilitate the needs of the data and reporting team. This role will deliver the development, testing, ongoing evaluation, and validation of organizational data structures while identifying issues in current processes. In addition, the developer will need to provide effective requirements analysis, adherence to effective scrum practices, on-time product delivery, and proven strategies for ongoing database and data warehouse development relating to internal custom applications development and deployment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Define, design, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DW) strategies for operational, ad-hoc, and other BI related solutions.

    Assist in the definition, documentation, and development of mapping rules for movement of data from disparate data sources and into the various components and subject areas of the BI environment.

    Create data models including robust data definitions, entity-relationship-attribute models, as well as relational and/or dimensional models.

    Work closely with business analyst to transition logical models to physical implementation of data structures.

    Design and architect enterprise systems from conceptual model to implementation.

    Develop comprehensive implementation plans along with delivering the output as defined in the project's goals and objectives

    Provide hands-on data modeling (relational and dimensional) for Data Warehouse.

    Provide best practices and guidance regarding use of ETL, data modeling (relational and dimensional), and reporting deliverables.

    Collaborate with external technology partners to implement the technology solutions.

    Support in the development of the future product strategy for data sharing, analytics, and visualization capabilities.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of business / data analysis, analysis, Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse / ETL integration or equivalent experience required.

    In-depth Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and ETL integration concepts and proven experience (e.g., Star schema vs. Snowflake, OLAP cube, Kimball, etc.)

    Some travel, off- hours maintenance, and extended hours support are required.

    Rich experience in data integration, data architecture, data engineering, software engineering / DevOps, data operations, analytics, or BI

    Experience with SQL and different kinds of data management technologies, from standard RDBMS to newer big data tools

    Experience with modern integration tools and architecture (API, ETL - Boomi, Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.)

    Experience in the Agile software development framework required
