Job summary
The Flow Space Editorial Director is responsible for overseeing the growth and ongoing impact of SHE Media's health brand Flow Space.The role will drive Flow Space's overall editorial strategy, focused on the health needs of women in midlife.
The ideal candidate will be highly entrepreneurial with a growth mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
a strong leadership position in digital media publishing content marketing experience in overseeing or creating credible health reporting.
Responsibilities
- Ideate research and produce engaging high-quality health content for Flow Space across key categories of reproductive health mental health physical health and interpersonal health
- Recruit assign and edit freelance writers for original content on the Flow Space site
- Plan manage editorial social calendars ensuring key tentpoles subjects are being covered on regular cadence
- Oversight management of website development including SEO analytics user testing feedback implementation design iteration launch metrics monitoring adjusting optimizing based on results insights gathered from performance data collected through various tools such as Google Analytics etc.
