We are Lockheed Martin The selected Contracts Management candidate will be responsible for hands-on management and support of contracts, negotiations, and future contract planning for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Skunk Works contracts team
This role will negotiate, administer, extend, terminate, and negotiate standard and nonstandard contracts
Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives
Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance
Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Evaluates contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations

• Maintains communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties
• Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations
• Plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations to company personnel.
• Administering IWTA management and guidance
• Travel to support customer meetings and industry days as required
• Successful candidate must have strong written and communication skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships with points of contact throughout the organization
• Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic environment and ensure activities are well coordinated, executed, and consistent with agreements reached at negotiations

Basic Qualifications:

• Exposure to US government contracts
• Must be a US citizen

The candidate must be able to obtain an interim Secret security clearance prior to starting
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program access.

• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or other combined degree and related experience

Desired Skills:

• Intellectual property knowledge
• Proposal Experience with Multiple Contract Types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100

Non-represented full-time employees:
accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900
