- 3+ years talent acquisition experience (including experience sourcing for technical roles)
- 1+ years analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
- Proficiency with Workday (as an ATS), Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of various engineering roles in technology, including software engineering, data analytics, and/or security (and the ability to assess candidates' qualifications for these roles)
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity and thrive in an environment where multi-tasking is required
