- Conduct assessments to identify students' abilities and limitations in different functional areas.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Administer evidence-based interventions to enhance students' capabilities in daily tasks and school activities.
- Continuously evaluate and track students' progress toward objectives.
- Collaborate with school team members, such as teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure students receive holistic support.
- Offer guidance and training to school staff on methods to aid students in achieving their occupational therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and billing.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license in Washington.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, specifically those with disabilities or special requirements.
- Familiarity with evidence-based approaches in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong team player with collaborative skills.
