We have a great opportunity for an Interim Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at StoneGate Senior Living in Oklahoma City. A rewarding career is waiting for you at a great facility that specializes in long-term and rehabilitative care.We have a great administrative support team which includes: MDS Coordinator, ADON, Dedicated Wound Care Nurse, Dedicated Infection Control Preventionist, Staffing Coordinator and Weekend Supervisors to support the Director of Nursing. There is also great regional and corporate support to our clinical leadership.
As the Interim Director of Nursing (DON) at StoneGate Senior Living in Oklahoma City. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that is recognized for their achievements and contributions. - Maintains appropriate nursing service obligations goals standards consistent licensure requirements Nurse Practice Act.
- Oversees directs coordinates nursing staff proper resident care standard practices short term rehabilitation participates screening prospective residents ongoing assessment resident needs assures adherence infection control procedures quality assurance programs OSHA procedures followed functions liaison between facility outside caregivers conducts employee conferences counseling evaluations participates hiring new employees orientation process facility residents responsible adhering budget assumes responsibility authority decision regarding aspects nursing consulting resources notifies physician family party significant change condition formulates plan based completes assignments needs attends department meetings serves committees deemed necessary by Assisted Living director manages supervise staff written verbal skills required benefits medical dental vision company paid life insurance retirement savings time off holidays pay advance benefits gym membership fitness discounts automobile home marketplace more
