- Develop creative and innovative approaches to employee initiatives, such as employee engagement, benefit programs, and special events to enhance engagement and overall employee experience.
- Support administration of employee relations, wellness programs, open enrollment, and benefits education initiatives.
- Coordinate and support various HR projects, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations initiatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient completion.
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Assist with daily HR, payroll, and benefits operations, and cross-train in other HR functions to provide coverage during peak periods or leaves of absence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to employee inquiries.
- Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and agency regulations, staying up to date on any changes.
- Develop cross-functional expertise within the HCM team to ensure seamless support across responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: Preferred one (1) year of experience in HR or two (2) years of internal organization experience.
- Certificate or Professional License: No Certificate or Professional License required.
