    Equifax is looking for a

    Director of Marketing

    to join the Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) team.

    This role is responsible for leading the brand, content, and communications strategy in order to drive results for EDS solutions.

    This position follows a hybrid framework and requires in-office presence in our Boise, ID office.

    What you'll do
    Lead branding and marketing communication efforts by developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness and align with key business objectives

    Partner with stakeholders across the organization including but not limited to Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to develop positioning and messaging that supports the creation of a consistent pipeline of quality and engaging content

    Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing communications, encompassing social media channels, website content, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other promotional activities aligned with strategic objectives to maximize brand awareness and lead generation

    Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints including creative, content, PR/AR, and digital channels (including website) to build and support the brand in the marketplace

    Support any brand/product/solution acquisitions or integrations as needed

    Establish and report on KPIs that demonstrate performance efficacy

    Effectively manage relationships with external business partners, agencies, vendors, industry organizations, media outlets, and influencers

    Collaborate with centralized global service organizations, including corporate communications, legal, and compliance

    Identify, develop and retain a high-performing team of professionals

    What experience you need
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum of 8 years B2B marketing experience

    Minimum of 3 years managing a marketing team

    What could set you apart
    Prior experience in the SaaS, Payments, Identity, Fraud, and/or Financial Services space

    Prior experience developing and owning b2b digital marketing strategies

    SEO/SEM Certification

    Working knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Figma, Drupal or similar

    Prior experience working within a highly regulated and matrixed environment
