Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organized Admin Assistant/Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional hospitality to clients, investors, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling visitor management.
Provide client hospitality, including offering refreshments and managing catering/food orders.
Prepare conference rooms and meetings to ensure a professional environment.
Maintain a professional dress code and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Pay Range:
$20 - $25/hr. W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
