Foreman Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/yr depending on experience
$3500 Signing Bonus

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Foreman Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports to Project Manager
• Maintains a sense of urgency on job sites and ALWAYS does the right thing
• Works with PM to understand, evaluate and execute a scope of work
• Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 team members.
• Communicate and work with customers regarding schedule and job progress while on job site.
• Identify, address, and solve problems.
• Create job scopes and schedules based upon project plans.
• Assist Project Manager in gathering and dropping materials.
• Ensure projects are completed successfully, on schedule, and within budget.
• Enforce safety procedures with crew members.

Foreman Requirements:

• Versatile skill set in construction, framing and carpentry, plumbing, tile work, flooring, and electrical.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in the construction trades and 2 years professional experience in construction management.
• Capable of lifting and moving material on job site as well as working full days in the trades on a job site effectively.
• Vehicle to get around to the different job sites.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and excellence.
• Construction management experience including experience in supervising a
  crew, job scoping and scheduling, and customer relationships.
• Basic computer skills including experience with Google Drive and CMS.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Committed to grow personally, try new things, and to improve craftmanship.
