    Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Forrest City, AR

    Status: Accepting Candidates

    Description: We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the upcoming school year. As an SLP at our school, you will play a crucial role in empowering students to communicate effectively and achieve their academic and social goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
    • Conduct speech evaluations and screeners to assess students' communication abilities
    • Provide speech therapy sessions tailored to students' needs
    • Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Participate in annual reviews and provide progress reports as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Arkansas SLP license
    • ASHA certification
    • Medicaid provider number
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience working with school-aged children preferred but not required
