- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
- Work closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between assembly and reassembly processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being able to switch between top and bottom component assembly as required.
- Adapt to changes in assembly line processes or assignments.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail gun, or other relevant tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to work flexible in an ever-changing environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience following quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Description
Our Colton Service Center is hiring a 1st shift Assembly Line Operator, an essential position in the supply chain. If you have 2-years experience in an industrial setting, have the ability to lift pallets weighing 75-lbs, and a have strong work ethic, a Repair position with CHEP could be a great fit 1st Shift 8 AM - 4:30 PM$20/hour starting wage
