- Optimize operations: including quality, production, and asset protection and optimization, with responsibility for P&L and sales
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities as well as expanding existing accounts
- Ensure continued improvement in safety, team member relations, customer satisfaction, quality, complete and on-time delivery, lean manufacturing, limited equipment downtime, and cost reductions
- Monitor and maintain supply chain to meet production demands and ensure on time customer delivery
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions process as strategic growth strategy
- Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10+ years manufacturing experience
- Strong P&L management experience; Mergers and Acquisitions experience preferred
- Strong Structural Steel industry knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- $150-200K annual salary with 25% -35% bonus eligibility
