    Pay Range:
    $52k-$62k

    Job Summary

    The permit specialist is responsible for the obtainment of city, county or municipalities permits. This position is responsible for issuing and coordinating permits to the desired construction phase(s) and requirements.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Obtain necessary permits for construction completion while coordinating with external and internal resources.

    Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for construction permits; continue to monitor for integrity and completeness until construction process is complete.

    Create and distribute correspondence relevant to the project management team.
    Update necessary spreadsheets/tracking systems.
    Assist with administrative tasks.
    Provide reports as requested.
    All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Qualifications
    Knowledge of the telecommunications outside plant (OSP)
    Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects throughout the project cycle.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
    Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    Minium of 1 year of experience working with entities and/or permit related work
    Proficiency on reading and understand plant maps provided by the customer or surveyor
    Proficiency to read and understand engineering prints provided by the CAD Designers and/or Third Party PE
    Ability to meet deadlines and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
    Able to manage multiple Excel Trackers
    Working with multiple departments and teams

    Salary Description

    $52,000.00-$62,000.00
