- A degree (BS/MS) in material science or engineering from an accredited university.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- ISO9001 experience/certification
- PPAP experience preferred
- Excellent communication abilities; both written and verbal
- Managing multiple tasks at once while completing them within deadlines
- Strong problemsolving techniques combined with critical thinking capabilities
- Perform onsite supplier Quality System and Process audits
- Responsible for new product and design change part approval through First Article Review, parts measurement, verification, and validation of test results
- Drive supplier performance that meet or exceed DPPM quality goals established by the business including targets created for each supplier.
- Up to 50% travel, mostly domestic
