    Position Summary:

    _*The licensed practical nurse is accountable for the management and administration of medications to the adult and senior adult behavioral health patient.

    He/she directly assists patients with their personal hygiene, and grooming and is responsible for assisting in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.

    *_Training and Continued Education_***Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.

    *_Minimum Education_
    • Graduation from a school of nursing in practical nursing required.
    • Experience in a Behavioral Health Unit preferred.
    *_Required Licenses_
    • Current LPN license required.
    • BLS required.
    • ACLS preferred.
    • PALS preferred.
    • Advanced Stroke Course preferred.
