Full-Time Bi-Lingual Receptionist

We are seeking a bi-lingual English/Spanish full-time Receptionist who has a passion for helping others and loves putting a smile on people's faces. In this position, you will greet clients, answer incoming calls, scan documents into client files, process mail, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly.

Candidates should have proven organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Good customer service skills and attention to detail are also required, as well as general computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). Responsibilities

•Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail

•Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information

•Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.

Qualifications

•Bilingual with English and Spanish

•Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations

•High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

•Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills

•Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

•1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
