- Lead new technology transfers, production line setup maintenance, and quality productivity improvements to optimize production operations
- Responsible for engineering and manufacturing in the Chemical Vapor Deposition department
- Collaborate with various teams across the engineering organizations, advancing wafer production and delivery (Yield Improvement, Manufacturing, Cross-Module, Process Integration)
- Ownership of day-to-day operations and equipment troubleshooting
- Exhibit hands-on technical leadership
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. (relevant engineering field)
- 5+ years in semiconductors and module process development
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Professional experience in the semiconductor industry with any relevant process tools and equipment (AMAT, ASM, ASML, LAM, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of IC processing equipment, integrated flow, and chemistry
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Comfortable in a clean room environment
- Ability to interface with customers
- Must be a US citizen
