Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrician to join our team at our Niagara Falls, NY location. This full-time, on-site role will involve overseeing electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and mentoring junior electricians.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior electricians to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Conduct site visits to inspect project progress and address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals and objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Electrician or in a similar supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Able to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Demonstrate physical dexterity and strength to handle tools and equipment safely
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are preferred

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $ $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
