Job summary
The Paving Foreperson is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the asphalt paving crews. This position will primarily perform supervisory duties, but on rare occasions may assist with general laborer, equipment operation, and maintenance tasks as needed.Responsibilities
- Be the site safety champion: ensure the safety of all crew members and the public who may interact with the job.
