QUALIFICATIONS:
-Valid Drivers License
-Clean Driving Record
-Strong Customer Service Skills
-Basic computer & phone skills
-Strong desire to serve our guests for a lifetime
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
-Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
-Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
-Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
-Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
-Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
-Maintains a prospect development system.
-Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
-Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
-Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
QualificationsWHY BILLION?

-We offer a stable income with a guaranteed base salary. Volume bonuses in addition to this base salary are also offered, as well as an annual bonus for all sales associates. No Earning Caps
-We offer a HUGE INVENTORY 26 dealerships including 18 franchises in the Midwest with over 6000 vehicles in our inventory. Regardless of what franchise our sales associates are based out of, they can sell from any of our dealerships in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa.
-We offer a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance as well as 401(K) with an employer match after one year of employment.
