Job summary
The Dispatch-Scheduler is a customer-facing position responsible for building the daily flight schedule, dispatching, tracking, and adjusting flights as needed.- Creatively adjusts schedule to work with crew availability.
- Answers phone calls and emails and coordinates or transfers relative to work shift.
This position involves working in a team environment while also operating independently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
