Perform HR digital technology, business, and analytical functions to drive the best employee service experiences through a combination of digital tools and improved business processes.
This role will support digital transformation efforts to improve employee support experiences and productivity by designing digital HR business processes, services, and related system design needs.
Regularly identify, design and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of human resource and related financial impacts.Act as the liaison between HR business teams, application vendors and IS to drive business strategy, product roadmap, and experience-led system/digital designs.
Responsible for translating business needs and goals to system design, conduct system/data analysis, and participate in testing and deployment activities for system integrations, enhancements and issue fixes.
Actively participate in and/or lead HR user group meetings, product management, collecting and reviewing user feedback to contribute to enhancement opportunities.
Participate in HR/Digital governance teams.Provide guidance in making decisions that enable the best HR service delivery model and support end-to-end digital strategies that promote the best employee experiences.
Ensure that business change requirements are reflected in new services, practices, and processes, and advocate for user needs throughout the project's life cycle.

Bachelor's Degree Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years experience
Demonstrated experience supporting and implementing complex HR and/or payroll systems (e.g. Lawson, Infor, Workday, Oracle, ADP, Kronos, Taleo, Success Factors).
Experience in reporting tools and techniques for HR, payroll and related data for large, complex organizations from multiple systems and sources.
