- Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems, and other automation equipment. (Must have AB Experience)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of control systems to ensure their proper functioning.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system failures in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all control system designs and implementations.
- Document control system designs, changes, and maintenance activities for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (preferred not required)
- Proven experience in designing and programming PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial control systems. (Must have Allen Bradley)
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices in industrial automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in control system design and troubleshooting.
