Job Summary:

The Construction Superintendent will coordinate and manage all on-site activities for luxury custom construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all on-site construction activities.


• Review and understand all construction drawings, specifications,& subcontractor scopes of work.


• Develop& manage short-term& long-term schedules in collaboration with project management team.


• Plan work sequences for subcontractors& field teams to ensure efficient & safe progress.
