    At Concordia Hospice of Washington, a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System, we provide quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Our focus is on serving patients in Washington and Greene counties with comfort, peace, and dignity for those with incurable illnesses and their families.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking Full-time Registered Nurses to care for and serve our patients in the Washington County and surrounding area. Your patients - Your schedule. Typical hours for our Registered Nurse Case Managers are Monday-Friday from 8 to 4:30, but we are open to other possibilities. Some weekends, on-call, and holidays are required.

    Requirements

    • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
    • Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
    • Solid computer skills, including Word
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
