    Description

    We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our growing team and support marketing initiatives.

    We are seeking a versatile Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic team, playing a vital role in both marketing initiatives and office administration tasks. The position will encompass approximately 75% marketing responsibilities and 25% office administration duties.

    The ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking and is good at prioritizing under minimum supervision. To succeed in the role, you must also be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. We're looking for someone who is creative, willing to learn new things, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with senior management to conduct market research, track industry trends, and understand customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including automation, campaigns, and new product launches.
    • Generate leads and distribute content across multiple platforms to engage target audiences effectively.
    • Develop and manage social media and content calendars, producing engaging content such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
    • Assist in email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Stay abreast of social media and marketing trends, integrating best practices into strategies.
    • Support conference and event planning, managing logistics, travel arrangements, and shipping.
    • Maintain inventory of promotional items and marketing materials.
    • Manage office administrative tasks, including coordinating with the property manager on various office needs, vendor management, deliveries, supply monitoring, order placement, and watering plants.
    • Assist the accounting department with minor accounts receivable tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in Marketing
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
    • Experience with Hubspot and SalesForce is a plus
    • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
    • Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
