- Manage assignments independently with changing priorities
- Implement and administer Splunk in Linux and Windows environments
- Work with custom Splunk applications to meet customer needs
- Provide engineering support for a distributed Splunk environment
- Configure and troubleshoot Splunk settings
- Integrate with third-party software
- Develop and maintain scripts
- Onboard data and ensure security event data normalization
- Assist in security operations and incident response
- Tune performance and create search language
- Automate issue resolution and compliance reporting
- Support security applications and SIEM operations
- Provide security recommendations and best practices
- Design resiliency using ITSI and maintain Splunk platform
- Splunk certifications including Enterprise Architect, Core Consultant, Enterprise Security, and ITSI
- Knowledge of APIs, programming languages, and security credentials
- Experience with Python development and Splunk Cloud
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and handle data onboarding
- Skills in Linux, Python, networking, and troubleshooting

JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking multiple Splunk Engineers to join our team. We work with both Federal and State clients to develop and maintain Splunk environments. Some positions require travel to customer sites and may need a government security clearance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Roles may include some or all of the following
QUALIFICATIONS: Roles may require some or all of the following
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3+ years with Splunk
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Varies – no clearance to TS/SCI + Poly
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions for security clearance purposes.
