    Role Our goal at Lob is to surface complex, real-world infrastructure to businesses of all sizes via modern technology products. Lobs Partner Org owns the entire supply side of the business -- specifically the global ecosystem of partners that power Lobs API solutions.

    The Partner Org is responsible for building relationships within the print and postal industries to develop a deep understanding of key industry players, supply chain best practices, and market trends. On a more tactical level, the team leverages rigorous operations management principles to derive and manage metrics like quality, speed, deliverability, and cost -- all in service of delivering a world-class experience for Lobs customers. Partner Operations insights from downstream operating practices are then used to drive our core product roadmap.

    As the Senior Supply and Inventory Manager, youll be responsible for operating Lobs newly formed US Supply Delivery Network (SDN) and leading a team of senior team resources, in collaboration with external partners, to drive Lobs market dominance in the US.

    You will need to build instincts and insight around trends in supply and demand, and drive the performance of our partner ecosystem based on those trends. This role will require you to set expectations at the team and executive level, and influence operating practices internally and externally. It requires a unique mix of decision-making rigor, strong people management skills, and executive presence. This is an intense, business-side role which has a direct impact on the growth and scalability of Lobs platform.

    Build and develop a world class supply management team that can accelerate Lobs footprint in the US

    Collaborate with Lobs leadership to set our US SDN expansion strategy for the next 2 years

    Develop processes that enable your team to grow Lobs supply network, establish operational excellence, and manage ongoing performance of US vendor-partners

    Lead cross-functional teams to craft new partnerships that directly impact Lobs top-level business objectives

    Establish a strong understanding of business models, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate financial implications effectively across the organization

    Experience procuring, scaling, and managing an ecosystem of supply side partnerships
