- You will provide case management to youth to teach them to navigate community resources, make referrals, secure adult services/benefits, and secure a network of permanency and providers post-discharge.
- You will teach life skills that include driving, medical appointments, acquiring legals docs, budgeting, cooking, education, volunteering job searching/maintenance, community resources and classes, and communication skills.
- You will utilize trauma-informed care throughout the program by specializing in ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) framework.
- You will work in collaboration with the clinical team and administration team to make decisions regarding client treatment.
