    job summary:
    We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Electronics Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced electronic systems, overseeing the creation of PCBAs and circuit drawings from scratch. Your extensive expertise in system software and embedded programming for driving motors, circuit relays, and other components will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.     Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and developing electronic systems.

  • Proficiency in designing PCBAs and circuit drawings from scratch, with in-depth knowledge of electronic design principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Solid expertise in system software and embedded programming for driving motors, circuit relays, and other components.

  • Solid understanding of electronic components, devices, and technologies, with the ability to select and integrate them into electronic systems.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex issues in electronic systems.

  • Experience in conducting comprehensive testing and validation of electronic systems, including functional testing, performance testing, and compliance testing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex electronic systems, including the creation of PCBAs and circuit drawings from scratch.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Utilize your expertise in system software and embedded programming to develop firmware and software solutions for driving motors, circuit relays, and other components.

  • Identify underlying issues in electronic systems through comprehensive analysis and troubleshooting, and implement effective corrective actions to resolve them.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of electronic systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with design specifications and standards.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their professional growth and development.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in electronics engineering, and incorporate them into our design processes and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to integrate third-party components and technologies into our electronic systems.

  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project milestones.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges. #LI-JW1
