Description
Strong and Reputable Healthcare system located in San Jose, CA currently looking to add a *Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner *with *at least 1 year* of experience to their *Outpatient Primary Care* team.
Work alongside an experienced team of providers with a *Monday-Friday schedule*. *No call or weekend work* required, and you'd treat patients of *all ages* in the clinic.
Job duties/functions include providing treatment through use of medications, managing acute and chronic conditions, and providing preventative care to patients.
Salary and Benefits-* *$150-$175k per year DOE** PTO 2+ weeks
