    Citi Global Wealth combines the strength of Citi to assist a wide range of wealth clients. The business serves ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices through Citi Private Bank, caters to affluent and high-net worth segments via Citigold and Citigold Private Client, and provides wealth management for the workplace through Citi Global Wealth at Work.

    The Senior Wealth Advisor will provide comprehensive financial and investment advice to Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments. They have access to Wealth's top investment solutions platform, offering traditional and alternative investments, managed account solutions, high-quality research, and advice for all Wealth clients.

    The client is the core of our operations. As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated Wealth team to address the financial requirements of our Affluent and High-Net Worth clients, alongside a Wealth Relationship Manager and experts like Financial Planners, Insurance Specialists, Portfolio Consultants, and Home Lending Officers.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Establish relationships with new clients to bring in new bank and brokerage assets
    • Strengthen relationships with existing clients through financial planning and exceptional profiling skills
    • Respond to referrals and introductions from business partners, recommending the best offerings based on client profiling and suitability assessments
    • Provide securities recommendations and investment advice using firm models and research
    • Identify referral opportunities to expand the portfolio
    • Refer opportunities to segment partners where relevant
    • Acquire new clients through referral leads
    • Manage client follow-up and ensure compliance with Regulatory and Compliance operating procedures
    • Adhere strictly to KYC/AML and other compliance norms
    • Collaborate with branch team roles to enhance client in-branch experience
    • Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, with consideration for the firm's reputation, client, and asset protection
    • Regularly assume leadership roles within teams, including coaching and training new recruits

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 5-8 years of experience in a financial advisory role
    • Proven success in a proactive sales and service role in the financial services sector
    • Strong analytical and financial skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized with keen attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software
    • Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies
    • Self-starter, problem solver, and goal-oriented team player
    • Hold necessary licenses such as SIE, Series 7, 66, Group 1 Insurance License
    • Registration required as a mortgage loan originator

    Education:

    Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
