- Assist in the design, optimization, and operation of water treatment processes and systems.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analysis to support research and development efforts.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for water treatment facilities.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to optimize process efficiency and performance.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Interest in water treatment and environmental engineering.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in a relevant industry (water treatment, environmental engineering, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MATLAB, Aspen Plus, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to water treatment is a plus.
