    Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for the overall management of power plant repair administration which will include MRO management/ work scope development/ quote/invoice auditing.

    Additionally, this position will be responsible for evaluating and executing the long range engine plan to include managing spares and engine lease procurement as needed.


    Essential Functions:
    Analyze, evaluate and execute long range engine planOverall management of engine shop to include supervisory duties of shop personnel.
    Management of MRO engine activity for the airline, including budget forecasting, quote and invoice auditing.0-30, and 30-90 day engine planningOptimizing engine repair/overhaul work scopes and engine shop de-peaking, minimize total engine expenses and TATManagement of engine lease programsProduce weekly flash reporting for division financialsEngine lease invoice tracking as well as sourcing of assets as neededAssist in the negotiation and implementation of engine TM and PBH agreementsManage ECTM program for the airlineAll other duties assigned by Senior Vice President of Maintenance PurchasingRequirements10 years of documented engine management experience in the following areas:Engine shopPower plant engineeringEngine MRO managementHands on power plant maintenanceECTM Management/KnowledgeFamiliarity with engine lease market, contracts, and processDemonstrated strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of ExcelCreative thinkerability to 'think out of the box'Power plant LicenseAble to work in a high stress environment with little or no supervisionAble to communicate effectively with all levels of managementWilling to travel in support of responsibilitiesPreferredPrior Airline experience (7 years)Bachelor's degree in aviation, maintenance, business or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
