- 3+ Month Assignment
- Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer
- Leads ongoing operations, planning, and vision development for the department
- Manages financial, material, and human resources effectively to support departmental goals
- Develops and implements strategic plans to drive growth and excellence in Women's Services
- Fosters positive relationships with leadership, physicians, and community partners to promote service line growth and efficient care processes
- Ensure quality patient outcomes through program development and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with executive leaders, physicians, and community leaders, addressing the evolving demands of a growing patient volume
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card required
- Minimum of five years of acute care Women's Services nursing experience and five years of management and administrative experience within Women's Services
- Demonstrate proficiency in budgeting, financial management, negotiation, conflict resolution, change leadership, systems thinking, and human resource management
- Possess a thorough understanding of electronic medical records, clinical informatics, and other advanced healthcare technologies
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of hospital staff
- Available to travel to the client site and work a full-time schedule, M - F, or as needed
- Highly competitive pay rates that are best in the industry with weekly direct deposit
- Per diem for the housing of your choice if not provided by the client and for incidental expenses
- Weekly travel expense reimbursement (flights, rental car, or mileage)
