SEIDOR North America is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our IT Staff Augmentation team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the Information Technology Outsourcing sector.
This role involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the value of our ITO services to potential clients.

Identify and prospect new clients in need of Information Technology Outsourcing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and develop customized ITO service proposals.
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our services to clients through various mediums, such as presentations, meetings, and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record in sales, preferably in Information Technology or ITO services.
Strong understanding of Information Technology Outsourcing concepts and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as needed
