Job Summary
The Analyst Member Services will play a key role in supporting analytical needs across ArchWell Healths member services team.This will be a colleague who is motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems conducting root cause analysis and driving toward resolution.
They will support the operational functions related to provider data management and member assignment.
An ideal candidate will have technical acumen and a problem-solving mindset with an interest in growth within healthcare operations.
Duties Responsibilities
- Identify monitor and analyze member assignment by market to identify outliers and trends
- Research member assignment issues analyze data present results and recommend solutions to address business challenges by applying knowledge of member assignment critical-thinking skills and healthcare experience/expertise
