- Review and analyze product/project requirements
- Design, control, and implement electrical products and systems
- Design and document various logic, microcontroller, and FPGA-based systems and subsystems
- Develop methods and procedures to continuously improve the quality and reliability of products
- Support critical business needs, such as resolving technical issues, visiting customer sites (domestic and international), and reviewing standard and non-standard system configuration requests
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Engineering degree and experience; Masters a plus
- 8+ years Electrical Engineering experience
- Experience developing hardware for complex systems or devices
- Complex PCB design and defining advanced PCB design constraints
- PCB design tools, Altium preferred
- Analog and digital electronic systems
- Lean and Six-Sigma concepts
- SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight, or other 2D drafting software
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
