- Greet customers and guide them through the car wash process.
- Scrub heavily soiled and hard to reach areas of vehicles, and pre-wash exterior areas of cars.
- Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order.
- Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
- Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude.
- Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily.
- Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung.
- With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, office, and fellow teammates.
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles using specialized equipment and cleaning agents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash bay, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the management.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
- Valid Driver License.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
