    About the RoleCollaborate with Project Managers and Field Management in the planning, management direction, project completion, customer satisfaction and positive financial outcome of increasingly complex construction projects.

    Apply today for immediate considerationWhat You Will Do Independently manage small scopes of work with limited Project Manager oversight and direction Regularly and independently make various project-related decisions Attend and facilitate client and field meetings Apply project management proficiency with PO systems, change orders, document control and project lifecycle tracking Apply familiarity with project cost forecasting and projections Provide training and guidance for less experienced project staff Effectively balance client and company needs Effectively coordinate project activities with vendors and subcontractors Develop and maintain effective client relationships contributing to successful project outcomes Monitor jobsite safety and takes appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies Perform other duties as requestedWhat You Will Need to be Successful Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience working with software-based estimating, accounting, scheduling and project management systems Knowledge of electrical commercial projects Knowledge of electrical trade and/or construction-related background Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles Estimating skills to produce job change orders, evaluate and apply job estimates and assist with new estimates as required Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational and prioritization skillsLocation: San Jose, California

    Salary Range:
