    Responsibilities and Impact:

    Guide the Agile Release Train to consistently delivery customer

    value

    Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across

    Agile

    teams


    Facilitate Agile Release Train events including program increment planning, system demos/iteration reviews, inspect and adapt events, and Agile Release Train synchs.

    Work with Product Managers/Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood.

    Establish and

    maintain

    open and clear lines of team communication to

    facilitate

    status

    transparency

    Work with Solution Train Engineers, peer Release Train Engineers,

    and

    Scrum

    Masters

    to increase the effectiveness of

    Agile teams

    Compensation/Benefits Information

    anticipated

    base salary range for this position is $

    85,700

    to $

    170,400

    .

    Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, trainin

    g,

    licenses

    and certifications.
    In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for

    additional

    compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

    Basic Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent related

    experience

    Experience leading teams as a Release Train Engineer and/or Scrum Master

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Experience working with high level business

    stakeholders

    K

    nowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

    Proven ability to

    identify

    and mitigate risks

    proactively

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    3-5 years of related experience, plus managerial experience

    Certified

    SAFe

    Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer

    Experience in business analysis including requirement gathering, defect troubleshooting, release planning and

    coordination

    Experience in relational databases (

    e.g.

    SQL)
