- Conducts recurring meetings with respective business units
- Consults with PMO and corporate office to provide relevant guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in performance management and competency development for teams and individuals.
- Provides performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Facilitate ongoing development of supervisors via training sessions, 1:1 meetings, communities of practice, etc.
- Provides guidance and interpretation for GHTASC policies related to performance management, employee supervision, and individual learning
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies and monitors individual learning needs such as courses, stretch assignments, coaching, or a variety of other development options.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
- Supports programs designed to foster employee engagement efforts via team building, survey analysis, communications, recognition, wellbeing, and related events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with responsibilities in employee performance management, coaching, DEI, employee engagement, learning and development.
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency with the ability to obtain and maintain a Facility Access clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ATD or SHRM credentials preferred; Certification in administering leadership or other behavioral assessments strongly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
